Electric drive KGD two-stage compression high-pressure series portable screw air compressor
This series of screw air compressor adopts a new two-stage compressor. Compared with the traditional single-stage compressor, the efficiency is improved by more than 15%, and the air displacement can be covered across the power range. It is driven by electricity and has more advantages of environmental protection and energy conservation than diesel mobile.
1.) High energy saving type: this series adopts a new type of dual stage high efficiency host, which can achieve higher exhaust volume with motors of the same power to achieve real high efficiency and energy saving.
2.) Comprehensive monitoring: the customized module realizes the comprehensive monitoring of the equipment and real-time understanding of the operating status of the air compressor.
3.) Non standard customization: the electrical system can customize the soft start version to realize the smooth startup of the equipment and avoid the impact on the power grid during star delta conversion. More exhaust volume and exhaust pressure can be customized according to working conditions.
